Banjar City Government gets Unqualified Opinion in 2007, different from Bandung, Bandung gets Disclaimer. It’s the reason why we went to there.

Here are the actions of Banjar Government:
1.      Aspect of Management:

• Implementing the regional financial accounting system based on the information technology;    
• SIMDA (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah)
• Toward ABK (Anggaran Berbasis Kinerja)

2.      Aspect of HRD (Human Resources Development):

• Recruitment of Accountants
• Asistensi BPKP
• Distribution of Subvention à Regional Finance Manager

3.      Aspect of Organization’s Structure:

• Perda No 11 2008

         DKAD divides in 2 parts: BPKAD & DISPENDA
  
Prizes that has been achieved by Banjar Government:

1.    The financial statement of Banjar Government got predicate Unqualified Opinion from BPK in 2007; professional consideration:

• The Commitment of KDH: Financial Management
• The Application of SIMDA: in management accounting
• Control Range: 4 subdistricts
• Arrangement of Balance Sheet in beginning 2005

In 2006, Banjar City Government got prizes as regional government that submited the fastest performance reports (LAKIP) in…
1.    2007, Unqualified Opinion
2008, Qualified Opinion, it’s because there are changes in organization (measurement of assets, especially for the inventory)
2009, Qualified Opinion
2.   2009, PEMDA got prizes as PEMDA which submited “on time LAKIP”

Hiyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.....................the students of Polytechnic of Bandung majoring in Accounting and Government Management Accounting especially for 2nd until 4th grade will visit Banjar... Feel curious to know what we will do in there???
